		<description>Thanks for sharing this fine workloads of a 400m training.
I am a masterrunner but i can learn a lot of this items.
The insight of longer recov&#039;s gives me a hint, when i was a young guy, i trained on this principle and got results.
Then i changed to other workouts with very short rests and had some results, but very exhausted. There must be a middle way. I am a 800m runner, i could improve my speed time on 200m the rest will follow i hope so.
