Videos of 1993 World Indoor Championships revisited
August 23, 2007 by Jimson Lee
The CIAUs (now called the CIS) were held at the Skydone on Toronto in conjunction with the 1993 World Indoor Championships.
Memories of that meet include our meeting with Dan O’brien.
Afterwards, we enjoyed watching the meet live including Bruny Surin winning the 60 meters, and Mark McKoy winning the 60 meters hurdles. Mark won the Gold medal in Barcelona (1992) the year before in the 110 meters hurdles. Bruny was leading after 60 meters in the 100 meters before finishing 4th.
POP QUIZ: Where is that banked indoor 200 meter 2-colour track now?
