Short rest and quick set of 20 Body weight

    9×37 = 333 LB
    8×37 = 296 LB
    6×47 = 282 LB
    8×37 = 296 LB

Quick set of 20 body weight reps

    6×37 = 222 LB
    6×37 = 222 LB

Totals: 3,575 LBS 1,622 KILOS 95 weighted pull ups, 40 bodyweight.

*Chain belt is 2LB 37 = 35 pound plate + belt

Saturday, September 22proposed workout

3 x 8:00 bodyweight pull ups with 4:00 recovery between sets
Total time: 24 minutes.

Goal: 384 pull up total average 16 per minute

Matt’s Notes:
Have only completed 10 workouts, I am at least three workouts off where I wanted to be at this point. The next 4 weeks are crucial. My last workout will be in week 9, about 4 days prior to the attempt. Realistically I can fit in 14 more specific workouts.

3 x 8:00 with 4:00 recovery between sets
Total time: 24 minutes
1st set = 134
2nd set = 128
3rd set = 113

Total = 375 reps. Fatigued last 3-4 minutes
