Coffee, caffeine, and expresso drinks
September 27, 2007 by Jimson Lee
I was recently in Italy competing in the 2007 World Masters Athletics championships in Riccione. I will be updating this blog with some of the highlights including videos of the 100 meters and 200 meters Heats and Quarter Finals (M40 division only.. sorry guys!)
I’ll start off with food… my favorite topic!
One of hardest things to get used to was the lack of Starbucks and the “movie theater” grande and venti size giant coffees.
According to the 2007 IAAF List of Prohibited substances, caffeine is not considered a Prohibited substance.
