Where is Donovan Bailey & Mark McKoy?
February 23, 2008 by Jimson Lee
Mark McKoy won the Gold Medal in the 110 meters hurdles at the 1992 Olympics. Donovan Bailey won the Gold Medal in the 100 meters at the 1996 Olympics.
Where are they now?
Like most professional athletes, they either become coaches (like Larry Wade and Jon Drummond) or Sales professionals. The dynamic duo are still based in Toronto, Canada and have co-founded a company called Tranz4m.
Tranz4m also sells books and videos on their web site, and give personal training advice. I don’t know the quality or expertise of their answers.
If you are interested in seeing some sample videos, iAmplify has a service for renting videos on demand.
The categories are not just limited to fitness. They include Cardio, Comedy, Entertainment, Faith, Gaming, Health, Hobbies, Horoscope, Indoor Cycling, Nonfiction, Parenting, Personal Growth, Pilates, Power Walking, Relationships, Religion, Running, Spirituality, Sports, Strength Training, Travel , Weight Loss, and Yoga.
Unfortunately, the free demo videos from Tranz4m only has audio, as shown below:
Here is an example of the quality you can expect from iAmplify. This video is NOT Donovan or Mark’s video:
I personally would prefer to have the rented videos downloadable onto a MP4 format for my iPod, in case I feel inspired to do a workout and I don’t have my laptop or Internet feed.
“Download on demand” will be the norm in the future, once we improve on the technology infrastructure.
