		<description>Credible sources like the AHA and the FDA both recommend more of omega 3 fatty acids in our diet. Statistics show that 99% of Americans donâ€™t get enough of omega 3 in their normal diets.  We need to eat more fatty fish or take a supplement of omega 3 to meet our daily requirement.  Very few other sources of food contain Omega 3 fatty acids so it is unlikely that you will have an overdose of Omega 3.  Unless you are eating fatty fish every day and taking a fish oil supplement which is not a wise thing to do.
