2008 Harry Jerome Track Classic - 100 meters Men

The 2008 Vancouver Sun Harry Jerome International Track Classic will mark the 25th anniversary of the meet being named in honour of great Canadian sprinter Harry Jerome. Harry Jerome was the 1964 Olympic bronze medalist and former world record holder.
Men’s 100 meters
Impressive performances by Canadian Brian Barnett and American Jason Heard. Barnett and Heard ran 10.28 & 10.59 one week earlier at the Kajaks meet, but Heard ran 10.41 (+1.4) in Abbotsford on Tuesday.
Metro Athletic Club’s Nathan Taylor and Mike Guiffre ran well despite their 4th race in 7 days. The next stop is the Olympic Trials in 2 weeks!
