Michael Phelps completed in Beijing what some had called an impossible task: eight gold medals in eight events. Along the way he revealed, among other things, that he’s undoubtedly the best swimmer in history.

Dara Torres, the oldest swimmer ever to win a medal at age 41 in Beijing, sat down to answer questions submitted on NBCOlympics.com. She offers fitness tips to new moms and talks about her coming memoir.

Breaking down Lezak’s relay leg
