Who is the World’s Fastest Nation: USA or Jamaica?
Jamaica had introduced the Fastest Nation Jamaica T-shirt
Let’s take a look at the 7 sprint events that require starting blocks. We are halfway through the Track and Field program and it’s a very tight race between these 2 sprint powerhouses based on medal count alone.
So far, USA is leading Jamaica 9-7 after 7 events. Of course, each country can only score one medal in the relays.
I can feel a great showdown between these two countries in the Men’s 4×100 meter relay.

Well the USA drop the baton in both 4 x 100 and Veronica campbell won the 200.
Maybe they(USA) felt the pressure.
I think that JAMAICA is the world’s fastest nation . we in the caribbean don’t have to drug up to win a race ,having speed is natural to us , it is in our blood. so congrats to JAMAICA & MY COUNTRY TRINIDAD & TOBAGO for such a beautiful performance today…………………….!
