		<description>@Adarian - I was consistently getting 4.3X which is a 4.4 HT or 4.64 FAT.  I am jealous that he can train shirtless at this time of year!</description>

		<description>Funny, I used a stopwatch also and got 4.47, Not even close to 3.75 that is claimed in the video title. 
Walter Dix has a terrible start in that it doesn&#039;t set up a good acceleration pattern. I think he takes 8 steps to cover 10m. Yes he is fast but if he wants to go faster he has to  improve his start. Maybe that is why he has only improved .15  from 10.06 to 9.91 in 4 years in the 100. I say he should try the Cheetah Sprint Start.</description>
