Usain Bolt in Paris Video

His press conference is promising magical things. His past performances in Manchester, Toronto and Lausanne were all in less than ideal conditions for world records, notably, rain and headwind.
Tyson Gay’s 9.77 in Rome in ideal conditions has set the tone for Berlin.
