Hey i was wondering with the fixed spikes in the Asics Japan lite-ning would they still be suitable for sprinting on grass or would it be more advisable to use the Japan lite-ning 3's because all of the spikes are removable

@Nicola - It's a good spike with a well designed spike plate for hurdlers (for landing). It's a bit on the heavy side, being 8 oz, but it's very durable for the hurdles.

@Adarian - I saw some of your spikes in Spokane in 2008, and they looked very promising. I will wait until I make my M50 comeback for 400 meters!

I can design and make a track spike that weighs 2.5 ounces. a running shoe that weighs 4 ounces and a basketball shoe that weighs 6 ounces without all the technology that shoe company have.

I can even design a shoe that will actually improve ones ability to play a sport.
From tennis to golf.

They most important thing is that it looks good, is comfortable and will reduce lower limb injuries and fatigue.
