		<description>I&#039;m surprised you aren&#039;t taking vitamin D given that 80-90% of people are deficient and raising levels to 50 ng/mL improves athletic performance by increasing muscle strength and mass.. maybe some CNS benefits too.

ZMA like you said is pretty variable. I just take a Ca/Mg/Zn supplement instead and most real foods have enough B complex vitamins. Much cheaper and it&#039;s about the same quality I&#039;ve found.</description>
