This movie has nothing to do with Track & Field or the 400 meters, but I like the title of the movie.
Being bilingual trilingual in English, French and Italian makes me appreciate foreign films.
I love the English Title for the French Film Les Quatre Cents Coups (1959) or The 400 Blows
This is the special 50th anniversary of that film. If you haven’t seen it, check your local library, Blockbuster or Netflix.
