After 4 or 8 long years of training, and all the sacrifices, it’s time to go hard or go home.

There are several tips on how to perform at the trials, everything from mind games to execution.  For example…

Sometimes, the race is won or lost before the starter says, “On Your Marks”. 

And then there is “round management”.

There are no friends in Track & Field when the starter says, “On Your Marks”.
