This is simply a repeat from last month’s article.

Start by reviewing these articles if you haven’t done so in the past:
The winner will be chosen at random using Randomizer. Right now as I post this, your chances of winning is 50:1.
Good luck to everyone, and keep on improving!
You can’t improve something you don’t measure.
The winner can choose between the Freelap Sprint Athlete Kit or the Freelap Sprint Starter Kit (a $529 USD value! Thus you must use your real email address so I can contact you afterwards for your mailing address)
If you are a long sprinter (i.e. 200/400m sprinter) you’ll probably want the Freelap Sprint Athlete Kit (image, left) as a lot of your training runs will be “on the fly”.
If you want to time 20m or 30m accelerations (i.e. 60-100m sprinter), or 40 yard dash, you’ll probably want the Freelap Sprint Athlete Kit (image, left). This is perfect as the 40 yard dash is timed when you start… there is no reaction time to contend with.
Of course, I own the Freelap Sprint 1 Coach for full flexibility. (image below) But that’s just me.
I am closing the comments on this page to avoid confusion.
