Saturday, September 22 – proposed workout
3 x 8:00 bodyweight pull ups with 4:00 recovery between sets
Total time: 24 minutes.
Goal: 384 pull up total average 16 per minute
Matt’s Notes:
Have only completed 10 workouts, I am at least three workouts off where I wanted to be at this point. The next 4 weeks are crucial. My last workout will be in week 9, about 4 days prior to the attempt. Realistically I can fit in 14 more specific workouts.
UPDATE:
Saturday September 22 – actual workout
3 x 8:00 with 4:00 recovery between sets
Total time: 24 minutes
1st set = 134
2nd set = 128
3rd set = 113
Total = 375 reps. Fatigued last 3-4 minutes
