Videos of the Top 5 Foam Roller Exercises

February 11, 2008 by Jimson Lee 1 Comment

Last week, I posted 2 videos on How to Use a Foam Roller. The videos included pretty women in tight outfits.

So in all fairness, here are two more videos with men from YouTube that describes some different Foam Roller Exercises.

Unfortunately, the men aren’t very pretty and they could use a fashion consultant. (Sorry Guys) But it’s all about content, right?

I forgot to mention on last week’s article that foam rollers are also useful for balance and stability.

The unstable nature of the foam roller will also help you develop greater core strength and stability while improving circulation and relaxation.

This video of the Top 5 Foam Roller Exercises focuses on movements on a foam roller to help you release connective tissue tension around the hips and thighs.

In the next video, Scott van Niekerk of Wholistic Physical Therapy shows this highly effective self treatment tool using Myofascial Release Principles as taught by John Barnes to release pain, tightness and tension from the shins, legs – quads, IT band, Pelvis, back shoulders and neck, just to name a few.
