For those who are obsessed with Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift numbers, then this video is up your alley.

650lbs Deadlifter Eric Cressey is giving away a free video that shows you exactly how to improve your Squat technique as well as depth. Click here to watch this free video now

In short, this free 7 minute video reveals 7 easy exercises you can do before your Squats to experience a massive improvement in your squat technique and depth.

Better technique means less injuries.  More consistent training means better and high numbers.  Higher numbers means stronger legs and butt.

Sprinting is about leg strength, among other variables, of course.  You can talk about stride rate and stride length, but it all comes down to relative lower body and trunk strength, even for Usain Bolt.

Eric is really a knowledgeable guy, and it’s too bad a lot of good websites use the super long-skinny page marketing hype single web page to make you buy their product. I’m seasoned enough to know “when to scrape off all the sugar” and just eat the good stuff.
