Track and Field News: 60 meter USA Videos

February 25, 2011 by Jimson Lee 4 Comments

In all fairness to the last post on the three recent 60 meter European races, here are the two races on American soil. Track and Field News: 60 meter European Videos

February 23, 2011 by Jimson Lee 10 Comments

I am putting up 3 videos from a 12 day span for the Men’s 60 meters.  There are several reasons for doing this.  First, I needed to do some high speed analysis of the best sprinters in the world excluding the top 3 usual suspects Usain Bolt, Tyson Gay, and Asafa Powell.  I have a … [Read more...] about Track and Field News: 60 meter European Videos

2013 Top Indoor 600m times

I was lucky to be in Sherbrooke, Quebec (Canada) in 1987 and witnessed Chip Jenkins setting an American record of 1:15.80 for 600 meters missing the World Record of 1:15.77. Chip is my friend on Facebook, so I’ll ask him to comment on this after I publish this article. Today (at the time of this … [Read more...] about How to Race the Indoor 600 meters
