First, I want to thank Juan at www.entrenamiento-total.com for helping with the Spanish-to-English Translation.
This was my first attempt at creating sub-titles to a foreign film, which was fairly easy with video editing software, but time consuming! I reduced the video so I could have a clean black bottom stripe. Nothing worse than reading white text on white background! (I watch a lot of foreign films!)
I will be creating more videos like these, so if you have any videos you want translated, please comment below or send me an email.
The French Asafa Powell Documentary "Secrets d’athlètes" released on TV channel "Arte" comes to mind… Also the Czech Maurice Green Start is very good too.
I was inspired when I saw the Lolo Jones Red Bull Youtube video, so I wanted to share the Dayron Robles and Jackson Quiñonez Training Documentary.
The original video in Spanish is here:

Very well done Jimson. As someone who produces and edits corporate and commercial videos I was impressed. Another editing option is to place a color bar (with reduced opacity) behind the text to allow you to present your work in the desired format size. Gray and blue hues seem to work best for various backgrounds.
If someone could translate the Stefan Holm and Donald Thomas documentary that would be great! I think it is German
This is awesome.. keep up the good fight. Looking foward to the Asafa video already!
thank you for this. It would be great if you could also translate the asafa powell video, I’m sure many english speaking sprinters will benefit from that documentary as well
