The 40 yard dash is sometimes the deciding factor in playing time, scholarships and ultimately getting drafted. At the NFL Combine, the 40 yard dash is the most talked about number out of all the tests.
Football rules can be taught. Football skills can be taught. But what about raw speed? Improvements in speed and mechanics that develop game breaking football speed can be made quickly and easily.
