Performance Therapy with Dan Pfaff and Jana Pittman

September 30, 2015 by Jimson Lee

As I mentioned in yesterday’s article, Interview with Dan Pfaff with Mike Hurst, Dan held several half-day seminars and workshops in Australia.

Jana Pittman is best known for her Gold medal victories for 400mH at the 2003 Paris World Championships and 2007 Osaka WC.

Pittman also belongs to an exclusive club of only nine athletes (including Valerie Adams, Usain Bolt, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Yelena Isinbayeva, Kirani James) to win World Championships at the Youth, Junior, and Senior level of Track and Field.

Yes, she is making an obvious comeback!

Look at the facial expression of Jana during this “treatment”.  And we know she is tough as nails… But all is good as she gets off from the table and stabilises everything.  Could you withstand the pain in this treatment?

To get a full understanding of what’s going on, you need to understand the role of the iliac, and surrounding muscles, tendons and fascia. This diagram is an excellent reference.
