My good friends Michael Reid (from Athletes Under Construction) and Jeff McAuley (from Speed Revolution) have teamed up to put together an exciting learning opportunity for hurdlers and coaches of all ages and ability levels.

This clinic brings together some of the nations top hurdle coaches and Elite high hurdlers like Eugene Swift and Rod Jett.

This clinic includes formal presentations, a practical “learn by doing” segment, a “coaches roundtable” discussion, and special giveaway prizes!  Sign up now online for this event that is taking place at the Sacramento Barbell Club which boasts an indoor track surface!

NOTE: Parents of registered athletes attend free.  Coaches that bring 5 athletes attend free.
