It’s proving to be quite difficult to stay up to date with all the events going on at the London Olympics.

Everything from a tourist, track fan and coaching perspective.  That includes going to the live events (which take forever with the lineups), as well as meeting up with friends, athletes and coaches.

Plus, unlike the World Championships, there’s more than Athletics going on here!

So in between the events and the parties, I will attempt to write, photograph and video what’s going on… plus all the latest rumors and inside scoop of what’s really happening!

Post AM Session Recap

Here is the video on YouTube:

Pre-PM Session, Inside the Stadium

Here is the video on YouTube (sorry, forgot to use the external mic… was caught up in the excitement):

The Races

Most people are watching the races live on TV or live streaming, but nothing compares to watching the races live with the noise of the crowd.  The stadium is actually much noisier and louder as in the videos.

100m Woman Heats

The track is lightning fast as we have the winning times ranging from Carmelita Jeter’s 10.83 to Allyson Felix 11.01.  Here we have Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce winning in 11.00 of Heat 6 on YouTube in HD:

More videos, analysis later!
