Jon Lee and Enio met at Notre Dame High School (Vancouver, BC) in 1972 when Jon Lee taught the principles of Goal Setting, Visualization and use of Self Talk to Enio. Enio was 13 years old at the time and has used, studied and taught the principles ever since.

Often in sports the mental aspects are talked about but neglected. So much is placed on the tactical and physical elements of sport that athletes are equal in skill, often the difference in winning and losing or making the team is mental.” said Enio Sacilotto, co coordinator of the seminar. Both Jon Lee and I have taught athletes and business people about how to use their minds to live a more productive life both professionally and in their personal lives. We have much knowledge to share with players, parents, coaches and fans”

The goal of the weekend seminar is to give the participants a set of practical tools and techniques so they can become better at whatever they do.
