Often in sports the mental aspects are talked about but neglected. So much is placed on the tactical and physical elements of sport that athletes are equal in skill, often the difference in winning and losing or making the team is mental.†said Enio Sacilotto, co coordinator of the seminar. Both Jon Lee and I have taught athletes and business people about how to use their minds to live a more productive life both professionally and in their personal lives. We have much knowledge to share with players, parents, coaches and fansâ€
