If you like the video of Christophe Lemaitre’s How to Run the 100 meters last July, you’ll like this one with Usain Bolt.
And it’s subtitled in French, too.
In this video on YouTube, we go through the entire process from start to finish.
Even Usain Bolt admits his reaction time is critical.
His drive phase is 30 meters, but tells the cameraman to “keep it low”. Technically, good advice, but there’s a science behind the “why’s”.
All in all, the video is good advice, but I don’t have the luxury to be in front “checking” and start slowing down before the finish line.
UPDATE: Sorry, the video is no longer on YouTube.
