Here is a drill.

Hold a paper tube in your mouth with your teeth, then sprint 100 meters.

After the run, inspect the paper tube.

Those who had no teeth marks  on the tube were considered sprinters.

Those with teeth marks were simply considered runners.

Thus, the main quality to sprinting is the ability to relax.
