It’s not as depressing as you think, whether you are a 10.92 guy like me, or even an 8 year old age-group record holder.

If I was time-transported 100 years back in time, I could seriously give Archie Hahn a run for his money.  Maybe even win a gold medal?  Of course, it’s not fair to compare the difference since I was exposed to better training, better nutrition, better spikes and synthetic tracks.

This video will make you feel good about yourself, unless you are Usain Bolt.
