hey , i want to ask you what is the best way to run the 800m.

@Abdo – my advice is to run an aggressive first 100m to break for the pole, relax and position yourself from 100-500, then start mentally accelerating at this point (i,e, the straight-away). Then at 600m, hang on for dear life and start kicking for home.
