RunningDVDs .com Building a Better Runner Contest

February 12, 2008 by Jimson Lee 1 Comment

Last month, I reviewed the DVD Building a Better Runner by RunningDVDs.com. This training DVD was produced by Coach Jay Johnson, the middle distance coach at the University of Colorado, and Mike Smith, the head cross country coach and middle distance coach at Kansas State University.

This is a great product as it doesn’t focus on selling a gadget or over promote core stability and balance training.

It just focuses on building a better runner.

With the DVD including iPod ready MP4 file formats, I already have them downloaded when I go to passport office and wait in line for hours.

Contest Rules:

All you have to do to enter the draw is sign up for either the daily RSS by email (sign up box at top right of the page), or sign up for the Speedendurance.com newsletter below if you haven’t done so.

If you are reading this article by the daily RSS email feeds, do nothing as you are already entered!

The contest will end Sunday Feb 17, 2008 at 9pm Pacific and the winner will be drawn Monday morning Feb 18.

Where to Buy if I don’t win?

More information can be found at RunningDVDs.com and you can purchase it directly from www.createspace.com.
