Join Richie Mercado, Nikos Apostolopoulos and myself every Wednesdays from 3-4pm CDT starting April 29th. (4pm EDT, 1pm PDT, 9pm UK time, 10pm Central Europe Daylight Time, etc.)

While the focus is on Microstretching, anything related to Recovery and Regeneration, sleep, injury prevention, rehab, pre-hab, RTP (return to play) will be the key drivers for the discussion.

Every session will start with a mini presentation. Join the Facebook page for more information if you wish to join live (or contact me)

This presentation is only 24 minutes long, which is quick summary presented 2 weeks earlier at the NACACTFCA Virtual Congress.

About Microstretching

Dr. Nikos Apostolopoulos is the Founder of Stretch Therapy ® and microStretching®. It has also been applied to treat individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal disorders.
