Matt Bogdanowicz World Record pull ups chin ups attempt Oct 27

August 20, 2007 by Jimson Lee 9 Comments

Talk about Strength Endurance!

On Saturday October 27th, 2007, Matt Bogdanowicz will attempt the 30 minute World Record pull ups (or chin ups) at Fitness Together in Livermore, California at 2:00 PM.

The current 30 minute world record is 442, and Matt will attempt 470. That’s a cadence of 15 per minute for 30 minutes!

In January, 2008, he will go after the one hour World Record mark. The current one hour record is 767 as he wants to be the first person to break 800.

In April 2004, Matt set the one hour record of 522 at the Marine Corps Recruiting Center.

Stay tuned for exclusive coverage of this event. If you are in the area, you can witness this world record attempt by visiting:
