My InBox has been flooded with Promotions from future affiliate vendors. I guess when you have the readership as high as Speedendurance, you’re bound to get a ton of promotional material.
Other than the usual Hoodia products, I am surprised to see the increasing number of Energy Drinks.
If my memory serves me correct, I think RedBull was one of the first to come out with something more than caffeine as the “pick me upper”.
Of course, my personal favorites were Power Drive (Biotest) and Vitalyze (SNAC) one hour before my race. Both of these products contains Tyrosine as the main ingredient.
A good analogy to this consumerism is back in the 70’s, when the only blue jeans or denims available were Levis, Lee (my favorite!), and Wrangler with the Bell bottoms! Then in the early 80’s, we were flooded with designer jeans like Sergio Valente. Today, they are too numerous to count.
I guess it you have a good thing, just copy it (sounds like Microsoft, doesn’t it?)
If you can’t imitate it, duplicate it!
