The 2008 USATF Masters Championships were held in Spokane, WA from Aug 7-10.

I was surprised to see the number of Canucks in Spokane.

The heartbreak race was the W50 200 Meters. Amanda Scotti was leading the race until lactic acid got the best in her. She ended up tripping, but still finished the race. Now that’s the Masters spirit! No Pain, No Gain. No Guts, no Glory. Go Hard, or Go Home.
