Autogenic/Parasympathetic Breathing Techniques for Recovery & Regeneration – Episode 3

In this video, we have Tom Walsh of Anatomy Gaps present on Autogenic (Parasympathetic) Breathing Techniques for Recovery & Regeneration (plus some stretching).

Join Richie Mercado, Nikos Apostolopoulos and myself every Wednesdays from 3-4pm CDT starting April 29th. (4pm EDT, 1pm PDT, 9pm UK time, 10pm Central Europe Daylight Time, etc.). This initial run will be for 8 weeks only.

This Presentation is about 40 minutes long, followed by Q&A 

About Microstretching

Dr. Nikos Apostolopoulos is the Founder of Stretch Therapy ® and microStretching®. As the pioneer of therapeutic and performance enhancement stretching he has been instrumental in generating a paradigm shift internationally regarding the use of gentle passive static stretching (microStretching®) for recovery and regeneration. His recovery regeneration technique, based on functional clinical anatomy, has been used to treat many professional, elite and amateur athletes. It has also been applied to treat individuals suffering from various musculoskeletal disorders.

Currently he is an Adjunct Professor with the Faculty of Kinesiology and Physical Education at the University of Toronto (CAN).He has lectured and worked internationally as a consultant and therapist to various sports organizations.
