This is part 4 of the series on Creatine.
Part 1 focused on the loading phase of creatine.
Part 2 compared Liquid Creatine vs. Creatine Powders
Part 3 discussed the different types of creatine and their mixtures, including the Creatine Glutamine combination.
Guest Blogger Troy Degarnham gives his opinion in this article on the Creatine and Glutamine combination.
Creatine glutamine is a combination of two of the most essential components to any bodybuilding muscle supplement. Glutamine levels are very important to a weight or strength trainer because they are depleted intensely when training. Using muscles in general depletes glutamine levels and rigorous training sessions eat up glutamine faster than the body can sustain it. Glutamine is not a substance that the body can naturally create making creatine glutamine an excellent addition to any strength training individual diet. It is also well known that glutamine is a crucial element to keeping muscles healthy and strong so a solid supplement is absolutely necessary.
Creatine glutamine not only provides a healthy dose of glutamine and creatine, it also adds many vital amino acids. These are very helpful in the maintenance of muscles as well as promoting fast healing. That means there is less down time after a rigorous training session when using creatine glutamine as a bodybuilding supplement. These also provide a much-needed boost to the immune system, which is an added benefit to this first-class supplement.
Creatine on its own is well known for being a powerful supporter for increasing strength and building lean muscle mass. It also provides longer endurance times, which means that the training sessions can be longer in duration. Longer strength training sessions are an absolutely necessary aspect to increasing muscle mass and adding strength. Creatine glutamine as a supplement provides all needed nutrition to the muscles to keep them in tiptop shape and create an atmosphere that promotes growth.
Glutamine is known as a cell enhancer and as such, influences muscle protein within the body. Creatine glutamine prevents the excess acid within the muscles. The excess acid in muscles is what causes them to become drained and tired. Reducing acid build-up promotes a longer pumping session and prevents those effects from taking place. In fact, most experts agree that creatine glutamine is the most powerful supplement because it is the most potent cell-signalling supplement available. Creatine glutamine maximizes on creatine intake, cellular hydration provided to the muscles and strengthening not only muscles, but also the immune system.
There are many supplements that also cause the ill-wanted crashes associated with bodybuilding supplements. Creatine glutamine remains stable in the body and is a great support to the stability of blood sugar levels. For this reason there are no highs or lows connected with creatine glutamine and there have been no reports of crashing individuals while using this supplement. No crashing, adding glutamine to the body as a substance the body can’t make and requires and an added boost of creatine really showcases what makes this one of the best strength training supplements today.
Discover the impact that creatine glutamine can have in your strength training process today. Intense energy, incredible pumps and a boost to the immune system are at your fingertips today. Give creatine glutamine a try and notice the effects in as little as a few training sessions!

I agree, Glutamine levels are very important. It gives support to muscles, keep our body stable. Any way thanks for giving such
a nice information.
A friend of mine has spoken about creatine glutamine. It is apparently very helpful when you have reached plateaus in both training and muscle size. It ensures continuous training results and less down time. I didn’t know very much about this amazing supplement before then but it seems to be one of the best additions to any bodybuilding program.
I would definitely recommend supplementing Creatine. It’s cheap and effective. As for Glutamine, eating complete proteins throughout the day will have you more than covered for this amino acid.
Excuse me? “Glutamine is not a substance that the body can naturally create . .” I was enjoying this series of articles, and then I read that. This pretty much suspends any belief I have in anything said here. I hate living in the age of misinformation. (FYI, the human body very abundantly produces this.)
