If you have been to other sports forums and websites, you’ve probably come across the name John Berardi. I heard of Dr. Berardi in 2002 while he was doing his Ph.D. in Kinesiology specializing in Exercise and Nutritional Biochemistry. My Undergrad major was also Exercise Physiology with a concentration in Biochemistry, so of course this is of interest to me.
Since then, I have followed his works not only to get an edge in performance and nutrition, but to see what I am doing wrong (or right for that matter!).
