48 Best Interviews for Speed, Strength Training, Recovery & Inspiration

May 16, 2014 by Jimson Lee Leave a Comment

If I can make one quote about this blog, it would be from Issac Newton.

If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants

There is no way I would have the knowledge (and share the knowledge to you) if it weren’t for my previous coaches, as well asking questions to the smartest people in their field.  And that includes Coaches, Therapists, Sport Scientists and even the Athletes themselves.

I’ve had the privilege to interview the following group of people that shared their knowledge and experience.

But this is only a small list.  There are more.  Hundreds more.  And we will get to them.  Eventually.

I try to cover a wide spectrum of “experts” and hopefully after reading their interview (at least twice) there will be a few “ah ha” moments that you can apply to your training.  Some of the interviews are just downright inspiring.  I know I have my favorites, and I know which ones got shared virally on Social Media.  Guess which one had the highest pageviews?

If you have any suggestions who YOU would like to see, just let me know by email, commenting below, Facebook or Twitter.  Several of the Interviewees are speaking at this week’s BSMPG.
